  • 01 How quickly will I hear back?

    Within 1 business day, usually within 4 hours during EU/US working hours. The reply comes from a senior strategist — not an SDR — and includes either a calendar link or a few clarifying questions.

  • 02 Do you sign NDAs?

    Yes — mutual NDAs on request before the first call. We send our standard 1-pager, you can redline, we sign within the day. We've also signed enterprise security reviews at three publicly listed clients.

  • 03 What happens on the first call?

    30 minutes, structured. 15 min you talk — your context, numbers, blockers. 15 min we talk — three concrete opportunities we'd attack first and how we'd scope them. No deck, no closing pitch. You leave with notes you can act on whether or not we work together.

  • 04 What if we're a smaller company?

    If you're below our typical scale, we'll tell you on the call and refer you to a great freelancer or in-house hire instead of taking your money. We turn down ~60% of qualified inbound for fit reasons. Better for both of us.

  • 05 Can we share access during the call?

    Yes — please. The most useful first calls happen when you screen-share GA4, your ad accounts, or Search Console while we look at it together. Bring real numbers, not a deck about them.

  • 06 What if we already have an agency?

    Happy to give a second opinion call with no expectation of changing relationships. About a third of our engagements start as audits of work done elsewhere — sometimes the answer is "your current agency is doing the right things, here's where to push them."
